CredooFy

CredooFy is built and running. It is not on the Shopify App Store yet — it is being prepared for review. Want it before then? hello@credoofy.com.

Your customer already took the photo.

CredooFy asks for a review once an order is fulfilled, lets the shopper attach a photo or a video, and puts the result in eleven places on your store. Unlimited reviews on the free plan. Pro is $6.99 a month, and there is no overage on anything.

The free plan

Not a trial, and not a teaser.

Most review apps meter the free plan at fifty orders a month, and put photos, video or both behind the first paid tier. CredooFy gates one thing: how many review-request emails go out, because sending email is the only part of this with a cost per unit.

Everything below is on the free plan, forever, with no lifetime cap on reviews.

  • Unlimited reviews, with photos and video
  • All eleven widgets and the all-reviews page
  • Import from Judge.me, Loox, Yotpo, Okendo, REVIEWS.io and Stamped
  • Moderation — approve, hide with a reason, reply, feature, pin
  • Google rich snippets and Shopify's own rating metafields
  • Full export, original photo and video files included
  • Takes your theme's colours automatically
  • 500 review requests a month — about 278 orders
No overage, ever. There is no usage line on any plan. Running out of allowance stops sending; it never produces a larger bill.

Where reviews go

Eleven places, one set of styles.

Each is a theme block you drag into place in Shopify's own editor. Change a colour once in settings and every widget and every email follows it.

  • Reviews widget

The main list on a product page: rating distribution, sorting, photo filtering, and a lightbox.

  • All-reviews page

Every review on the store in one place, paged and sortable, at its own URL.

  • Reviews carousel

A moving row for the home page or anywhere else it fits.

  • Video slider

Video reviews only, with the same distribution, sorting and write button as the main list.

  • Collection reviews

Star ratings on the cards in a collection grid.

  • Review snippets

Short quotes you can drop into any section of a page.

  • Star rating

The small rating line that sits under a product title.

  • Trust badge

Average and count, for a header, footer or sidebar.

  • Floating reviews

A tab pinned to the edge of the window on every page.

  • Pop-up reviews

Recent reviews surfaced quietly while someone browses.

  • Cart reviews

Reassurance at the last moment, in the cart itself.

Switching

Bring the reviews you already have.

Reviews are the one thing in a shop that cannot be rebuilt — they took years and they belong to the merchant. CredooFy imports directly from six apps, over their own APIs, keeping the original dates, authors, photos and verified-buyer badges. A CSV works too.

  • Judge.me · Loox · Yotpo

Connect with the API key from your old app and the reviews come across as they were written.

  • Okendo · Stamped · REVIEWS.io

Same route. Verified-buyer status is carried over where the source app records it, and not invented where it does not.

  • Photos that still exist

Every photo in an import is fetched before the review is written. If the old app deleted the file, the review comes across as an ordinary review rather than a photo review with a hole in it.

The promise

What no plan will ever take away.

This list is written into the source as a constant, so it is hard to erode by accident. A shop that downgrades, lets a charge decline, or closes entirely keeps all of it.

  • Reading every review you have collected
  • Full export, including the original photo and video files
  • Deleting reviews and media
  • Your reviews staying visible, with their star ratings
  • Moderation, hide reasons and replies
  • The disclosure page, the report path and reviewer rights
  • Privacy export and erasure
  • Reviews collected during a trial
  • Collecting photo and video reviews

Honestly

Things this app does not do.

Worth knowing before you spend an afternoon on a migration. None of these are built yet: a Google Shopping feed, a Klaviyo integration, custom CSS, AI-written review summaries, outbound webhooks, or questions and answers. AI drafts replies — never reviews.

If one of those is the reason you would switch, it is better to hear it now. Tell us which one.
